Thank You!

This is the first post of many from my European Cycling Expedition!

There is also a high level press release due to go out over the next couple of days.  I just need to add a photo which I’m going to get in the Czech countryside tomorrow.

It’s taken months of planning to get to this point and it wouldn’t have been possible without so many peoples help.

Thank you to British Naturism, for your time, direction, and sponsorship, and especially to Nick Caunt for your help with introductions to so many international representatives, and to Andrew Welch for help and guidance with PR.

Thank you to Armand and Dominique from Fédération Française de Naturisme, FFN, for your help, advice and hospitality, Paris and St Malo were beautiful, swimming in the emerald green ocean, and that quiche was so tasty, I could eat a piece now!

Here are a few photos from lovely Paris taken around the first week in June!

Thank you to Sieglinde, International Naturist Federation, INF President for your help with planning and communications, and liaising with European federations, clubs and resorts.

Thank you to BEAT & BDDF for your help with organising the fundraising and PR, Andrea for meeting in Norwich and colleagues for help sharing media contacts. Also to Michela and Chloe for coming to University of London halls to speak to fellow students about Eating Disorders.

Thank you to Planet X & Ortlieb for supply, planning and support of cycle kit, clothing and equipment! Only just over one hundred miles covered so far but things feel solid and sturdy, and the extra space not carrying so many clothes means I have more than enough of everything else!

Here is a photo of the bike from the morning I left London.

Thank you to the people who have sponsored and helped me finance the trip through Just Giving and the crowdfunding platform! Andy & Patti – looking forward to meeting you at La Genèse!

Thanks to Andy Golub, founder of Body Painting Day and Human Connection Arts, also Mark Haskell Smith, Author of Naked at Lunch, and my good friend Laura for advice and crowdfunding support!

On social media lots of people from around the world have helped so far with getting things off the ground, so especially I’d like to thank Socks Off (Emma James), Hilary at Naturist Foundation in Kent, Stéphane Deschênes from Bare Oaks in Canada, and Alain from Naturism NW England.

Also a huge thanks to the London World Naked Bike Ride committee and fellow organisational team! Probably one of the largest ever rides ever to happen in the UK, an inspiration to many of others growing every year! – Hello Guys!

I hope I haven’t missed anyone and I have another post half written about Brussels, Germany and arriving here in Prague to post later today so stay tuned and follow the ride!
